Caramel Apple  Toffee Cake

This is the perfect fall cake. Yummy apples, caramel and toffee bits all covered with cream cheese frosting. 

CAKE INGREDIENTS:

Unsalted Butter Vegetable Oil Sugar Brown Sugar Eggs Vanilla Flour Baking Soda Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Salt Peeled Chopped Apples Toffee Bits

ICING INGREDIENTS:

Caramel Sauce Cream Cheese Unsalted Butter Vanilla Extract Cinnamon Confectioners Sugar Milk

Add the butter, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix well with a whisk.

Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

Mix just until the ingredients are well combined.

Add the chopped apples & toffee, then mix with a spoon.

Spread into prepared pan.

Bake until golden brown.

Poke holes into warm cake.

Pour warm caramel sauce over the cake

Make the caramel buttercream topping.

Spread onto cooled cake.

Sprinkle toffee bits on top!
